RJS completed upgrades to a hazardous material storage facility, including interior renovations to existing offices with new partition walls, doors, and painting. A 4,000 sq ft storage area with explosion-proof rooms was added, alongside mechanical improvements such as heating, plumbing, ventilation, and fire suppression systems (foam). Electrical work included upgrades to lighting, panels, fire alarms, and access control. The project also involved the construction of two wing buildings: a 3,500 sq ft steel-framed structure with a 2-bay loading dock and ramp, and a 300 sq ft CMU building for hazardous material storage. Civil work included a new 8” retaining wall, rainwater detention tank, and new asphalt paving.
