RJS completed both interior and exterior upgrades for a 45-unit townhouse complex. Tenants were temporarily relocated to vacant units during renovations. The exterior work included the installation of new siding, windows, and entrance doors. Interior renovations featured plumbing re-piping, new plumbing fixtures, electrical panel and lighting replacements, HRV (Heat Recovery Ventilator) installations, and the addition of new kitchen and vanity cabinets. Civil work encompassed full asphalt replacement and the installation of new concrete curbs throughout the complex.
