RJS completed a renovation for KPU, updating 3,300 sqm to enhance the experience for students, staff, and visitors. The project involved the demolition of mechanical, electrical, flooring, walls, ceilings, and finishes. New flooring, including carpet, vinyl, and polished concrete, was installed, along with HVAC upgrades, new rooftop units, ducting, and VAV boxes. Plumbing, sprinklers, and electrical systems were also upgraded, including data and low voltage, new communication rooms, and lighting. The finishes included new doors, walls, ceilings, whiteboards, corkboards, AV equipment, millwork, and a wood beam feature seating area.
