RJS completed a design-build project for a full envelope replacement on a fully occupied professional building in Port Coquitlam. The design phase involved client consultations, collaborating with an envelope engineer, developing designs, budgeting, and obtaining city permits. During construction, scaffolding with debris netting was erected for safety, followed by the complete removal of the existing stucco and the installation of a new EIFS system. Aluminum windows were replaced with a modern aluminum window wall system, and custom aluminum trim was used for interior finishes to minimize tenant disruption.
