This project included the demolition and preparation of a space for a new commercial kitchen. Work involved removing the old concrete floor, installing underground services, pouring a new slab, and building new walls. RJS handled plumbing, electrical, and mechanical rough-ins, then installed drywall, painted, and added durable FRP wall panels. Interior finishes such as ceilings, flooring, trims, and transitions were also completed. After kitchen equipment was installed, RJS connected and tested all systems. A staff kitchen was also designed and built as part of the project.
