RJS completed a tenant improvement design-build project for a 10,000 sq. ft. warehouse. The project involved demolishing existing office and warehouse walls, electrical, and mechanical systems. A new showroom, offices, and lunchroom were constructed, along with full electrical and mechanical system upgrades. New power overhead doors and exterior security systems were installed. The warehouse also received a new racking storage system, improving its functionality. The project was delivered efficiently, ensuring all systems were upgraded and the space was fully optimized for the client’s needs.
