RJS completed the Vancouver Community College (VCC) Classroom Betterment project, renovating select classroom spaces to enhance functionality, safety, and aesthetics. The scope included demolition, electrical and HVAC upgrades, wall framing, drywall repairs, and fire sprinkler installation. Interior improvements featured new flooring, acoustic ceiling tiles, lighting, doors, and chair rails. The final touches included painting, fixture installation, and door hardware. RJS also relocated classroom equipment and completed system commissioning, inspections, and final cleaning to meet VCC’s academic and operational standards.
